Keeping our young people engaged in your household is really important at this difficult time. But this time can allow our young people to be creative and gives us opportunities to try out new ideas, and new ways of thinking and problem-solving. Creative activities help us acknowledge and celebrate our own uniqueness and diversity. Creativity encourages self-expression, a way to create something from personal feelings and experiences. Using your recyclables and items around the house is a way to challenge their creativity.  These can be great family activities too and below are some ideas for you to try out in your household.

Back yard bowling alley:

1 back yard or hall way as an alternative.

Some enthusiastic family members – get yourselves into teams.

10 – Empty Soda bottles or similar.

Fill with water to weight them down if needed

1 football or weighted ball
